By registering and using the Academy, you agree to these T&Cs.

2. Eligibility

  • Access to the Academy is limited and subject to DeepOpinion's sole discretion. DeepOpinion reserves the right to approve, deny, or revoke user registrations based on its internal criteria, policies, and business interests. • By accessing the Academy, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate information during registration and maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Use of the Academy

The Academy provides three main services:

3.1 Training Services: Academy provides educational resources related to DeepOpinion Studio and other DeepOpinion products, including but not limited to videos, tutorials, documentation, and assessments.
  • Access to training content does not constitute a guarantee of competency, certification, or endorsement of any professional qualifications.
  • Users may not distribute, modify, or use any training materials outside of personal learning purposes without explicit written permission from DeepOpinion.
  • DeepOpinion reserves the right to modify, discontinue, or restrict access to any training content at its sole discretion.
  • DeepOpinion disclaims all warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of training content and is not liable for reliance on such materials.

3.2 Interactive Forums and Chats: The Academy offers discussion forums, chat sections, and other interactive communication tools for users to engage with peers and authorized representatives of DeepOpinion.
  • Users agree to engage respectfully and professionally, refraining from any unlawful, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise inappropriate behavior.
  • DeepOpinion reserves the right to monitor discussions, remove content, and suspend or terminate user access for violations of these T&Cs.
  • The views expressed by users in forums or chats do not necessarily reflect those of DeepOpinion, and DeepOpinion does not endorse, assume responsibility for, or guarantee the accuracy of user-generated content.
  • DeepOpinion shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from user interactions within the forum or chat sections.

3.3 Certifications & Diplomas: DeepOpinion may issue certifications and diplomas upon successful completion of training courses, subject to specific course requirements.
  • DeepOpinion certifications and diplomas confirm completion of a training program for informational and educational purposes only. They do not constitute an officially recognized accreditation, professional qualification, or guarantee any level of skill or expertise.
  • DeepOpinion reserves the right to revoke certifications in cases of academic dishonesty, fraudulent behavior, or other violations of these T&Cs.
  • Certifications and diplomas may be valid for a limited time and may require renewal or updates to reflect changes in training content and industry standards.
  • DeepOpinion disclaims any responsibility for how certifications are interpreted or accepted by third parties.

4. Intellectual Property

  • All course materials, content, software, certifications, trademarks, logos, and any other materials provided within the Academy (collectively, "Academy Content") are the exclusive intellectual property of DeepOpinion or its licensors and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
  • Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use Academy Content strictly for personal and non-commercial educational purposes.
  • Any copying, reproduction, modification, adaptation, distribution, publication, resale, or unauthorized use of Academy Content, in whole or in part, without prior written consent from DeepOpinion, is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
  • Users acknowledge that all improvements, modifications, feedback, or derivative works related to DeepOpinion products or Academy Content shall automatically vest in DeepOpinion without any additional compensation or rights to the user.
  • DeepOpinion reserves the right to enforce its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent permitted by law, including seeking injunctive relief and damages for any unauthorized use, infringement, or misappropriation.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

  • Your use of the Academy is subject to DeepOpinion’s Privacy Policy, which details how we collect, process, and store your data.
  • You acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as required for Academy operations.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • The Academy is provided on an "as-is" basis. While we strive for accuracy, DeepOpinion does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
  • To the extent permitted by law, DeepOpinion is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Academy.
  • DeepOpinion does not guarantee that training services, forums, or certifications will meet user expectations or achieve specific outcomes.

7. Modifications to Terms

DeepOpinion reserves the right to modify these T&Cs at any time. Users will be notified of material changes, and continued use of the Academy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Termination

  • DeepOpinion reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Academy at its sole discretion, including but not limited to violations of these T&Cs, misconduct, or suspected fraudulent activity. Such termination may occur without prior notice in cases of severe breaches.
  • Users may request to deactivate their account at any time; however, such requests do not entitle them to any refund, reimbursement, or other compensation.
  • DeepOpinion shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from termination, including loss of access to Academy content, forum discussions, or certifications.
